- Radiant Gentle Yoga with Sofya — Tue, June 30 | 6:00–7:30 PM
A restorative, feel-good flow focused on joint care, bone strength, and mindful movement. Expect gentle sequencing to build mobility, resilience, and calm.
- Radiant Floating Sound Bath with Autumn — Tue, July 14 | 7:00–8:30 PM
Float on a pool raft (remain dry) while guided meditation and immersive sound frequencies soothe the nervous system and invite deep relaxation.
- Radiant Wellness Brunch with Eliana Serna Perez — Sun, July 19 | 11:30 AM–1:30 PM
A seasonal, locally sourced brunch prepared with anti-inflammatory techniques and served with practical wellness tips on nourishment and hydration.
- Radiant Reiki & Meditation with Wind — Thu, Aug 13 | 6:00–7:30 PM
A restorative session combining Reiki, breathwork, guided meditation, and sound healing to release energetic tension and support emotional balance.
