2026 Tennis Court Guest Use Agreement (for Non-Members)

Under GYC Pro Billy Previdi

Welcome to the Guilford Yacht Club. We hope you enjoy your summer of tennis with Billy Previdi on our beautiful Har – Tru courts.

We expect payment and agreement to the waiver online OR in hard copy prior to, or at the time of, your first tennis engagement at the club this summer. Thank you and enjoy!

Guest Agreement:

I understand that payment entitles me to:

Use of the GYC tennis courts during the 2026 season while taking lessons or with clinics by Pro Billy Previdi
Use of the North Visitor parking lot (please do not use pool or the main member lot)
Use of the restrooms at the pool or dock house
Use of the four digit gate code: 8000

I agree to:

Refrain from coming to Guilford Yacht Club if ill with symptoms associated with a contagious illness.
Bring your own hand sanitizer and beverage supply.
Follow tennis court rules and Guilford Yacht Club rules as they apply to your visit

I understand and agree that my use of the GYC tennis courts is limited to the times when I am at GYC for lessons, point play, or clinics with Billy Previdi.

I understand and agree that there are inherent risks involved in tennis including the risk of serious physical injury. I assume all risks associated with tennis and my presence on GYC property including, but not limited to, dangers related to the terrain; conditions of the premises; equipment; actions of GYC members, employees and other guests or their property; lack of or inadequate safety devices, warnings, instructions, and the like.

I agree to hold harmless the Unit Owners Association at the Guilford Yacht Club, Inc. and The Guilford Yacht Club Association, Inc. and their officers and employees from any and all claims, suits, or demands by me or my representative(s) arising from my use of the GYC facilities.

I agree for myself and my heirs, assigns, successors, executors, administrators, and

legal representatives (“Representatives”), to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the

Unit Owners Association at Guilford Yacht Club, Inc. and The Guilford Yacht Club

Association, Inc., and their officers, directors, trustees, agents and employees (“GYC

Indemnitees”) from any and all claims, suits or demands by me, my Representative or anyone arising from my use of the GYC facilities or equipment including against any

claims of negligence on the part of any GYC Indemnitee.

I, for myself and my Representatives, hereby release and agree that neither I nor any

Representative will sue any GYC Indemnitee damages for personal injury or property

damage sustained while using the GYC facilities or equipment even if due to the

negligence of any GYC Indemnitee.

By proceeding to payment you are agreeing to the above statement.
